Menu choices to be recieved before Friday 27th April. No menus/bookings will be accepted after this date.
Cut off date for payments is 4th May for cheques and 11th May for bank transfer.


Confit chicken and ham hock terrine, plum & apple chutney.
Seasonal soup with ciabatta croutons.
Capricorn goats cheese tart, red onion marmalade.

Main courses
Braised featherblade of beef, creamed Maris pipers, bourginion sauce.
Roast breast of chicken, chateaux potato, seasonal vegetables and thyme jus.
Potato gnocchi and tomato bake, mozzarella cheese.

Chocolate truffle torte, raspberry ripple ice cream and raspberry marshmallows.
Apple and maple syrup bread and butter pudding, vanilla creme anglaise.
Lemon tart, raspberry fluid gel, salted peanut caramel.

Also included in the meal is Tea, coffee and truffles.

1 cheese board per table and 1 glass of Port per person.

Rooms can be booked for 105 per night per room (Friday and Saturday)
Please phone in office hours between 08:00 - 18:30  with in house reservations team on 01179 689 900 and quote Broadsword to secure discount rate.

Many other hotels are available but this is extremely competative for this qaulity of hotel and location.
10 minute walk from train station and parking available subject to availability.

Friday night agenda to follow early next year when we have found a suitable watering hole who will also do some food if required.

The AGM will take place in the same room as Reunion. Times to be confirmed.
