Serving guests - Mess Undress with Medals
Non Serving Guests Male - Lounge Suit/Suit with Medals
Non serving guests female - Evening Dress/Trouser Suit

RAFFLE
Raffle tickets will be sold during the evening to raise money for the Welfare Fund.
Prizes will be anounced on the evening and if anyone has anything they wish to contrubute to the raffle to help raise money then this will be welcomed.

Reunion List

Rooms can be booked for £105 per night per room (Friday and Saturday)
Please phone in office hours between 08:00 - 18:30  with in house reservations team on 01179 689 900 and quote Broadsword to secure discount rate.

Many other hotels are available but this is extremely competative for this qaulity of hotel and location.
10 minute walk from train station and parking available subject to availability.

Friday evening from 18:00 meet in The Hole in The Wall pub, 7 mins walk from Mercure Hotel.

AGM
The AGM will be held between 14:00 and 15:00 Room TBC on the day. All members to meet in the hotel bar at 13:45.
Drinks afterwards for anyone interested in The Golden Guinee pub.
